NOISE, SHOCK & SEISMIC CONTROLS

SPRING ISOLATORS
Spring vibration isolators are used to reduce the transmission of noise, shock, and vibration from mechanical equipment to a building structure. Areas of Application: pumps, fans, chillers, boilers, and generators.

SEISMIC CONTROLS
Seismic controls, like inertia bases, minimize vibration and seismic response of mechanical equipment by increasing mass and lowering the center of gravity. These bases, typically made of concrete, support equipment and are connected to the building structure using vibration isolators or seismic snubbers.

ACOUSTIC INSULATION
Acoustic insulation prevents or reduces the transmission of sound from one space to another. It can be installed in ducts, walls, floors, ceilings, doors, windows, and pipes to improve the comfort and privacy of the occupants.

ACOUSTIC UNDERLAY
An acoustic underlay is a soundproofing material placed between the floor surface and the sub-floor to reduce impact noise and improve thermal insulation. It consists of a layer of EPDM open-cell insulation material that absorbs and isolates sound vibrations. Acoustic underlays enhance the comfort of the floor. *Including gym mats

ANTI-VIBRATION MOUNTS
Anti-vibration mounts for ducts are rubber components that reduce vibration and noise generated by ductwork. These mounts come in various shapes, sizes, and designs to suit different applications and types of ductwork.

MOUNTING PADS
Rubber mounting pads are effective devices that minimize vibration and noise in mechanical equipment through flexible support. They are made of rubber sheets or blocks, securely attached to the equipment or floor. These pads come in various shapes, sizes, thicknesses, and textures, tailored to specific applications and equipment types. Area of Application: Air compressors, garage motors, diesel engines, pumps, fans, and generators.
